All board meeting materials should be reviewed in advance of the meeting.  Please note:  the meeting will begin at 5:30 pm (a light dinner will be provided at 5:00 pm) and go until 8:00 pm. If you are unable to attend or have any questions, please contact Stacey by September 9th.   Accurate attendance counts are essential to making sure that a quorum is met for the board meeting and food is ordered.  Remember, materials will not be mailed/printed.  Wi-Fi is available for those wanting to access the materials on-site.

VOLUNTEER HOURS - IRS REQUIREMENT

Please track your volunteer hours.  This is time spent spent on meetings/projects for the benefit of OSHP (not something you would do outside of OSHP.)  The cycle is January 1-December 31.  This goes for board members, committee chairs and committee members, so encourage those to do so.  You can report as many times as you want, but I need an accurate count for the IRS.  The link to report is: https://oshp.memberclicks.net/index.php?option=com_mc&view=mc&mcid=form_170127.
