All board meeting and board retreat materials should be reviewed in advance of the meeting. If you are unable to attend or have any questions, please contact Stacey by January 15th.   Accurate attendance counts are essential to making sure that a quorum is met for the board meeting, enough copies are made and food is ordered.

VOLUNTEER HOURS - IRS REQUIREMENT

Please track your volunteer hours.  This is time spent spent on meetings/projects for the benefit of OSHP (not something you would do outside of OSHP.)  The cycle is January 1-December 31.  This goes for board members, committee chairs and committee members, so encourage those to do so.  You can report as many times as you want, but I need an accurate count for the IRS.  The link to report is: https://oshp.memberclicks.net/index.php?option=com_mc&view=mc&mcid=form_170127.
