All board meeting and board retreat materials should be reviewed in advance of the meeting.  The format of the retreat will not refer to specific documents, but having an understanding of OSHP programs/activities will be instrumental to an effective meeting. If you are unable to attend or have any questions, please contact me by July 7th.   Accurate attendance counts are essential to making sure that a quorum is met for the board meeting, enough copies are made and food is ordered.

Remember, materials will not be mailed/printed.  Wi-Fi is available for those wanting to access the materials on-site.  The meeting will have various segments, please refer to the agenda for starting times for the board orientation, board meeting and board retreat.  Please keep in mind that the office phones go directly to voice mail on the weekends, so please contact me by Friday, July 10th if you have any questions.

VOLUNTEER HOURS - IRS REQUIREMENT

Please track your volunteer hours.  This is time spent spent on meetings/projects for the benefit of OSHP (not something you would do outside of OSHP.)  The cycle is January 1-December 31.  This goes for board members, committee chairs and committee members, so encourage those to do so.  You can report as many times as you want, but I need an accurate count for the IRS.  The link to report is: https://oshp.memberclicks.net/index.php?option=com_mc&view=mc&mcid=form_170127.
