Call for OSHP 2023 Fall Seminar Posters
OSHP invites all members to submit a poster for presentation during the 2023 Fall Seminar on November 4th at the OHSU-Robertson Life Sciences Building in Portland, Oregon. This is a great opportunity to display your initiatives and share ideas. We all want to see the great work you are doing, so why not take the opportunity to develop a poster!
The poster session will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Poster presentation details (set-up, display time and location) will be forwarded to presenters at a later date. Projects do not have to be complete; they can be still in the implementation phase or just starting. If you do not have any data yet, do not let that keep you away. Describe the project goals and aims… results can come later!
OSHP poster session utilizes guidelines similar to those of ASHP and ACCP. For participation in the poster session, abstracts should be submitted to the OSHP Fall Seminar Poster Planning Committee by September 18th. Poster abstracts will be reviewed and presenters notified by October 1st, four weeks prior to the seminar. If we receive more abstracts than available spaces, we will review and select abstracts based on applicability to OSHP member practices. Posters are presented in two categories: students and practitioners/residents. Prizes for first, second, and third place will be awarded in each category. For more information contact the OSHP Office at [email protected].
