All board meeting materials should be reviewed in advance of the meeting.  Please note:  the meeting will begin at 5:30 pm (a light dinner will be provided at 5:00 pm) and go until 8:00 pm. If you are unable to attend or have any questions, please contact Stacey by September 5th.   Accurate attendance counts are essential to making sure that a quorum is met for the board meeting and food is ordered.  Remember, materials will not be mailed/printed.  Wi-Fi is available for those wanting to access the materials on-site.
