September 21, 2026 - ACPE Presenter Packets Due
You should have received an email from Stacey Barrett, OSHP Executive Director, with a link to your ACPE Presenter Packet. For panel presenters, please choose one person to submit title, description, learning objectives and post questions.
Presenter packet includes
- CV or resume
- Short bio for introduction
- Headshot photo
- Conflict of Interest
- Faculty attestation
- Learning objectives (for pharmacists and technicians)
- Honorarium Choice
October 1, 2026 - Honorarium choice to Stacey Barrett
You should have received an email from Stacey Barrett, OSHP Executive Director, with honorarium information.
October 19, 2026- PowerPoint Presentation Due
Presenters please provide your PowerPoint presentation for ACPE review.
