Legislative Bill Tracking

As we begin the Legislative session, OSHP and your lobbying team will be tracking bills of interest to the pharmacy community.   We use CM3’s bill tracking software, which will give you access to the bills we are tracking for you as well as information about committee hearings and the status of various bills.  Below, you will find instructions for gaining access to CM3.

Access Instructions:

1. Go to  http://mycm3.com/

2. Click “Log In.”  The log in button is at the top right hand corner of the screen.

3. Your user name is: oshp@wvcross.com

4. Your password is: pharmacy*

Under the “Reporting” category, you will have the opportunity to click on “Bill Log and the Full Bill Summary,” which will give you a list of the current bills we are tracking for you.  By clicking on the bill number on the left hand side of the bill summary, you will be able to read the full text of the bill.

In addition, under “Useful Links,” you will be redirected to the state legislative website and have the opportunity to search for specific bills, or words in bills, as well as access any further legislative information you may desire.
