What is the OSHP Industry Relations Council (IRC)
The Industry Relations Committee (IRC) is a subcommittee of the Membership Council and serves to develop the partnership between OSHP’s pharmacist-members and its pharmaceutical industry partner-members. The IRC is responsible for continuing to enhance program development which benefit business practices for all. OSHP acknowledges that its continuing education programming could not be delivered if it were not for the assistance of our industry partners. The IRC has also instituted programming at past Annual Seminars which provided an overview of the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, explored company participation with healthcare provider understanding of the Codes, and how pharmacy leaders involved in formulary management can build and maintain opportunities for partnering relationships. Click here for more information.
