In response to the acute challenges and staffing shortages of COVID-19, the National Academy of Medicine Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience is hosting a free public workshop on clinician retention. The event is a forum for industry leaders, executives, and frontline healthcare workers to share perspectives on challenges and barriers, pinpoint solutions, and discuss strategies to mitigate burnout and strengthen the healthcare workforce.
